We clean to the standard consistently required for full deposit return in Ontario tenancies — and the vast majority of our clients do receive their deposits back in full. However, we cannot provide a legal guarantee of deposit return, as this depends on factors beyond the clean itself — including the condition of the property at move-in, any pre-existing damage, and the specific position of your landlord. What we can guarantee is that the cleaning itself will not be a reason for deposit deductions.
For a full move-out clean, ideally yes — the property should be empty (or as clear as possible) to allow our team access to all surfaces, floors, and storage areas. If some furniture or boxes remain, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. For move-in cleans being done before furniture arrives, an empty property is ideal and gives the cleanest possible result. We'll confirm access requirements when you book.
