Cleaning all interior window panes, frames, sills, and tracks — removing dust, fingerprints, smears, and grime to a streak-free finish. Including glass doors, mirrors, and any glazed internal partitions throughout the property.
Thorough vacuuming of all carpeted areas and full mopping of hard floors — tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl. Cleaning under furniture and in corners, along edges, and in hallways and storage areas. Stain treatment on carpets where required.
Wiping down all internal doors, door frames, handles, and hinges. Spot-cleaning scuff marks and fingerprints from walls. Cleaning all light switches, plug sockets, and light fittings. Dusting and wiping all skirting boards, cornices, and dado rails throughout.

It also includes targeted treatments like limescale removal, grout cleaning, and oven degreasing. The standard we work to is the one landlords and property managers use for tenancy end inspections — not just the standard for a tidy home.
We clean to the standard consistently required for full deposit return in Ontario tenancies — and the vast majority of our clients do receive their deposits back in full. However, we cannot provide a legal guarantee of deposit return, as this depends on factors beyond the clean itself — including the condition of the property at move-in, any pre-existing damage, and the specific position of your landlord. What we can guarantee is that the cleaning itself will not be a reason for deposit deductions.
For a full move-out clean, ideally yes — the property should be empty (or as clear as possible) to allow our team access to all surfaces, floors, and storage areas. If some furniture or boxes remain, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. For move-in cleans being done before furniture arrives, an empty property is ideal and gives the cleanest possible result. We'll confirm access requirements when you book.
Duration depends on the size and condition of the property. A one-bedroom apartment typically takes three to five hours. A three-bedroom house may take six to eight hours or more. Heavily soiled properties — particularly kitchens and bathrooms — take longer. We provide a time estimate as part of your quote. If the clean is taking longer than anticipated, we'll communicate with you and ensure we complete the job properly rather than rushing to finish on time.
Yes — we bring everything needed for a thorough professional clean, including all cleaning products, equipment, and specialist tools. You don't need to provide anything. Our products are selected for effectiveness and surface safety — including appropriate agents for oven degreasing, limescale removal, grout cleaning, and carpet treatment. If you have any allergies or preferences regarding specific products, please mention this when booking.
Yes. We offer weekend bookings and can often accommodate short-notice requests, including same-week bookings depending on availability. We understand that moving timelines are often tight and don't always align with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. Contact us as soon as you know your move-out date and we'll do our best to secure your preferred slot. We recommend booking as early as possible during peak moving periods (end of month, end of summer) when demand is highest.
